Cancellation & Refund Policy
We sincerely appreciate your understanding that, unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations and refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
However, we are pleased to offer the option to transfer your registration to another attendee. Registrants may substitute or transfer registration to another attendee at any time at no charge. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to Liesl, DET/CHE Admin Manager ([email protected]). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- Paying by Credit Card. There will be a 4% credit card charge.
- Paying by Check or Bank Transfer
All check payments must be received by November 1, 2024.
