December 3
Tuesday

  • 10:00am – DET/CHE Board Meeting
  • 1:00pm – System Meetings
  • 3:00pm-5:00pm – Conference Check-In & Information Desk Open
  • 3:45pm – First Time Attendee Meeting & Women’s Mentorship Program (2024 cohort) Meeting 
  • 5:00pm – Keynote/Panel
  • 6:00pm – Welcome Reception (Small bites)/Conference ends for the day (*Dinner on your own) 

December 4
Wednesday

Conference Day 1

  • 7:30am – Breakfast 
  • 8:30am – Sessions begin
  • 12:00pm – Lunch 
  • 1:00pm – Sessions
  • 4:15pm – Vendor Visits & Women’s Membership Program (2025 cohort) Meeting
  • 5:15pm – Conference ends for the day (*Dinner on your own) 

December 5
Thursday

Conference Day 2 

  • 7:30am – Breakfast 
  • 8:30am – Sessions begin
  • 12:00pm – Lunch 
  • 1:30pm – Field Trip CSU Monterey 
  • 5:30pm – Keynote/Banquet

December 6
Friday

Conference Day 3

  • 7:30am – Breakfast 
  • 8:30am – Sessions begin
  • 10:00am – Membership Meeting & Raffle
  • 10:30am – Unconference Session 
  • 12:00pm – Conference concludes
