Women of DET/CHE Mentorship Program

The Women of DET/CHE Mentorship Program aims to support and connect women working in educational technology across California higher education institutions.

This year-long program runs from March to November and pairs mentees and mentors from across the DET/CHE community based on shared interests and goals. Participants engage in regular one-on-one mentorship conversations and are invited to attend quarterly virtual networking events that feature guest speakers, panel discussions, and informal opportunities to connect with other women leaders in ed tech.

The program culminates at the DET/CHE Conference in December, where participants have the opportunity to meet in person, reflect on their mentorship experience, and celebrate the power of connection and collaboration.

All women and DET/CHE community members, including those from the University of California, California State University, California Community Colleges, and private institutions, are welcome to participate as mentors, mentees, or both.

Apply to be a Mentor or Mentee in the next cohort!
