DET/CHE presentations typically highlight work such as technology-enhanced learning initiatives, faculty development efforts, digital/media services, learning spaces, online and hybrid education, academic technology strategy/leadership, and educational technology innovations. Proposals should include an employee from a higher education institution; proposals solely from corporate representatives will not be accepted.The due date for Presentation Proposals is Wednesday, September 30th. Proposals may be submitted for any of the following formats:

  • General Sessions (20 minute presentations, clustered together by the conference committee into complementary topics; a closing 10-minute “seaside chat” will enable discussion among all presenters and the audience for each cluster)
  • Panel Discussions (45 minutes – for a diverse group of colleagues you bring together to discuss a topic important to DET/CHE members)
  • Lightning Rounds (8-10 minutes to showcase an interesting project in a lively style – Pre-Recorded)
  • Birds-of-a-Feather (30 minute informal breakout discussions on current topics of mutual interest)
